Sales Coordinator

Qardio, is on a mission to make heart health easier, smarter and better for everyone. As a leading brand in the digital health and technology sector, we are hiring a Sales Coordinator to support the activities of its European Sales Team. Applicants should be organised and resourceful, with a positive can-do attitude, enthusiasm and enjoy working as part of a team in a fast-moving, fast-growing company. The main focus will be supporting and coordinating activities of the sales team, from lead capture to order management to performance analysis. The role will also involve daily coordination with the marketing, logistics and finance teams.

Essential and desirable skills we are looking for in candidates:


  • Minimum 3 years work experience in sales operations
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Comfortable to work in a dynamic and results-driven work environment
  • Experience with using Salesforce or other CRM systems
  • Outstanding communication skills, written, verbal and interpersonal
  • Ability to work on own initiative and meet deadlines
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Exceptional work ethic
  • Excellent team player
  • Undergraduate degree


  • Previous experience working for medical devices brands
  • Previous experience working for consumer electronics brands
  • Experience in healthcare
  • Knowledge of additional languages
