Growth Web Engineer

As a leading brand in the digital health and technology sector, we are hiring a Growth Web Engineer focused on driving revenue growth and user growth and retention, improving the lives for millions of people around the world.

In this role you will use your extensive knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS to develop, measure, and enhance Qardio's customer acquisition and growth across all of our digital channels. As a Growth Web Engineer you will own and manage the corporate and product websites, landing pages, and SEO/SEM channels to optimize for delightful user experiences, clear calls to action, and conversion.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with Designers and Marketers to iterate on the design and implementation of our corporate and product websites and digital channels and to focus on core growth metrics/KPIs
  • Bring traditional and creative ideas how to grow those KPIs
  • Develop and execute A/B tests to develop ideas and constantly improve metrics
  • Analyze the data and users feedback
  • Constantly exchange ideas/data/feedback with other departments (Product, marketing, top management) in order to present results and make experience more user-centric
  • Drive traffic to your website, landing pages, social media, apps
  • Work on a lean startup process and AARRR Sales Metrics Diagram (Acquisition Activation Retention Referral - Revenue)
  • Prioritize growth channels, optimize them and scale and automate growth processes

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in front end development
  • Deep knowledge of Javascript, HTML, and CSS
  • Experience A/B Testing and Data Analytics and modern browser technologies
  • Data-driven approach: clear understanding of data, analytics, metrics and statistics
  • A proven track record of thought leadership and execution of ideas
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, continuous delivery environment
  • Experience in participating in cross-functional development teams
  • Passionate about good design and clean code
  • Knowledge about both inbound and outbound marketing
  • Performance and results-oriented, curious and creative, relentless in pursuit of growth
  • Strong UX and design sensibilities, and a desire to sweat the small stuff
  • Working knowledge of Photoshop or Sketch are a plus
